Sepid System Sharif is looking for software technical support engineers who are experienced in the deployment, training and support of enterprise software solutions. Our software systems are web-based and mainly use Microsoft technologies. Your main responsibilities are: - Deployment of our software-hardware based solutions on the customer’s site - Customer training - Troubleshooting the issues, reporting and resolving - Communicating with and supporting the customers - Excellent communication with R&D, Management and Sales - Documentation - Teamwork
Requirements
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in web-based software deployment and support - Expert in database concepts and SQL Server DBMS - Expert in T-SQL (query, stored procedure, trigger, job, ...) - Experience in Windows Server features (IIS, Active Directory, ...) - Skilled, patient and energetic in communication with customers - Familiar with computer network fundamentals and protocols - Familiar with software testing - Microsoft office - Good working knowledge of English
