Job Description

● Communicate to the product owner and business stakeholders to collect and assess system needs and necessities. ● Gather, analyze and document business requirements and business domain based on organization standards. ● Create and develop analysis documents based on UML standards. ● Test and evaluate product features and conduct delivery processes. ● Perform a prototype.

Requirements

● University degree in Computer Software or other related fields. ● High-level expertise in system and business analysis. ● Familiar with Banking and Financial systems. ● Strong written and oral communication skills. ● Experience with data warehousing concepts and development. ● Familiar with programming, SQL, RUP, UML, and BPMN (plus). ● Solid knowledge of application development tools, techniques, and methodologies. ● Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). ● Strong knowledge of Prototype tools. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Excellent interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals. ● Strong planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. ● Strong attention to detail. ● Discipline and professional ethics.
