• Create and administer content on all social media platforms
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and social media KPIs
• Create engaging written content (Farsi and English) for website and social networks
• Monitor the company's brand on social media
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (nationally and internationally)
• Administer the charity’s international affairs
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
• Provide manager with required reports in a timely manner
Requirements
• University degree with focus on public relations or communications
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Farsi and English)
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
• Team player
• Familiar with the concepts of social media marketing and advertising
