Job Description

• Responsibility for orders - planning, correct distribution of the finance; • To guarantee correct exhibiting of production according to marketing instructions of Villeroy & Boch; • Regular acquaintance of sellers with all novelties of production, new requirements on merchandising and to marketing, actual at present; • Constantly to support external and a shop interior, including a warehouse in proper condition; • Regularly to work with the current rests of the goods, carrying out of planned inventories; • To be aimed at achievement of monthly and annual sales; • Definition and distribution of work of all personnel, statement of individual and group problems, the control over their performance and an assessment of works. Distribution of problems among sellers, considering their individual abilities; • To make offers on individual development of each seller, their relation with clients, and also among themselves; • To give regular talks with all workers of shop; • Constant estimation of the status of development of each worker, on the basis of the done work; • Effective regular planning of all personnel, considering days off and holidays; • Actively to participate in process of a set of the personnel; • To support appropriate appearance of all employees; • According to a policy of the company: to realize all programs directed on increase of sales, events, other actions inside or out of shop; Reporting to : Business Development Manager Subordinates : 4 Duration : 3 month probation followed by one year contract Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 3 month Working hours : 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Travel requirements : No
