Job Description
SharePoint Expert - Implementing all the Financial Process & information on SharePoint - Incessant Supporting & Improving Processes on SharePoint Base - Issuing & Managing Project Invoices - Performing Expert Duties Needed in P.M.O Sector - Working closely with project managers and technical team in order to accumulate the progression of implementing process - Developing the concepts and designs with the aid of analyzing of current process - Assists in the development and implementation of site layouts, site templates, and information/data management strategies - Develops documentation, validates, and monitors that operational policies are being met - In collaboration with other team members, assists in the overall management of the SharePoint environment from both an operational perspective and an end-user perspective - Assists in planning and documentation of projects related to the development and maintenance of the SharePoint environment - Customizes and configures workflow to allow for the integration of other data sources - Monitors and edits site content as required to ensure community activity follows company guidelines and expectations
Requirements
- Dominant in SharePoint & other related Software - Familiar with organizational workflow designing - Male Expert, BS in Industrial Engineering - Experienced in implementing organizational Workflow Designing on SharePoint base - High Accurate in computation - Familiar with P.M.O & Financial Management process - Capability of Issuing & Controlling Project Invoices - Good knowledge in google Material Design
