Job Description
-Safety protection and environmental requirements -Always carry out the working principle of safety first. Implement service work safety standards effectively to prevent the occurrence of security incidents -Implement quality, safety and environmental requirements strictly -Improve customer satisfaction by providing quality services -Compliance with the service processes and policy strictly and provide customers with quality and efficient services actively to enhance field service standards and reflect the professional image of the service -Understand and feedback the customers’ service requirement initiatively and provide a sustainable solution -Support sales effectively through quality service -Understand customer needs through service and assist the service team members to develop aftermarket products market and complete sales target. According to regional arrangements, be responsible for the sales target of the designated customer and complete our own labor goal -Enhance products ’competitiveness continuously by putting forward rationalization proposals relying on our own technical advantaged and provide customers with service products in line with market demand, and other security meetings every month and implement the meetings’ requirements Tool Box -Comply with the company's rules and regulations and service policy -Accept service dispatch. Implement service work in accordance with process. Be responsible for the completion of the service work -Identify daily work arrangements in agreement with regional supervisor/team leader and implement related services or customer/equipment visits -Provide a comprehensive professional service report and propose technical improvements and process reports -Develop a maintenance/repair plan or purchase plan for the customer through each service or visit -Confirm working hours in MAM timely and accurately -Feedback new product knowledge, competitor information and aftermarket trends -Follow up customer use condition to seek customer feedback by call-back. Participate in various types of business training seriously to improve technical services. Communicate and share service experience with other colleagues during service to improve overall business level
Requirements
-Electrical or Mechanical College degree -2 years’ experience in above industries 2 instruction and parts book -Familiar with MS software and other normal tools -Strong communicate competence and customer service consciousness -Strong operational ability -stand hard work -Work steadily and earnestly -Experience of repairing compressor, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment -Willing to travel, and have driving license -Language Ability: Persian & ability to read simple English
