Job Description
-Objective: To maximize the customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability with providing professional field services and professional consultancy while promote service products to generate service NIS. -Main Responsibilities: -Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc. -Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving -Regular customer visit to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip -Cooperate and assist service sales in quotation / service contract preparation process -Working closely with sales team & project team to ensure the customer satisfaction -Provide technical and quality feedback to the product specialist according to customer’s feedback -Works closely with service sales & project team to meet customer’s needs during commissioning and implementation of projects -Provide technical feedback to the project management according to customer’s feedback -Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report -Manage operation team in region, include planning, scheduling, efficiency and reporting, monitoring and controlling the quality of the service and the labor costing as well as people development and the related training -Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counseling of the employees in area -Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned
Requirements
-University degree in related fields -Min 4 years of experience in aftermarket service of industry products -Experience record in automotive industry is a plus -Advance knowledge of mechanical, electronic and electrical -Knowledge of PC and MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Having good people management skills -Strong skill of trouble shooting and repairing -Ideal Age: 30 - 40 -Excellent command of both spoken and written English
