- Work closely with the Drivers Club team to develop social media campaigns and Contents that help to achieve
Drivers Loyalty program goals. Develop, manage and track timelines for the day-to-day delivery of work.
- Content development such as paid media planning and corresponding creative, development of creative direction in the form of CSRs, ideation, and optimization of social media efforts, and reporting
- Develop weekly/monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Monitor the related social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing
- Collaborate with other departments (customer support, Commercial, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements
- Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent Idea development, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills,
Content Creation
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
