Overview We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join Alibaba Travels, the leading online travel platform in Iran.You’ll own and scale SEO strategies across multiple business verticals — including Flights, Hotels, Tours, and Visa — working closely with product and business teams to deliver measurable growth. If hunger for improvement is in your DNA and you believe in a growth mindset, this is your place.At Alibaba, every day is a new challenge — and a new opportunity to learn, innovate, and make an impact.   Responsibilities Develop innovative and data-driven SEO strategies that uncover growth opportunities others might miss Prioritize and organize On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO requirements Perform ongoing keyword discovery, content expansion, and on-page optimization Maintain and evolve reporting infrastructure to generate actionable insights from data Research and implement advanced SEO recommendations based on technical and content audits Research and analyze competitors and their off-page strategies Develop and implement link building strategies at scale Take full ownership of SEO projects from initiation to impact — including defining requirements, measuring results, and communicating insights to stakeholders Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented in new features and releases Work with product teams to influence roadmaps and prioritize SEO opportunities   Requirements 4+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally in enterprise or large-scale platforms Strong technical knowledge of crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and index management Demonstrated experience planning and executing both On-page and Off-page strategies Creative, data-driven problem solver with an ability to think strategically and execute tactically Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Familiarity with Python for reporting and automation is a plus A proactive mindset toward site performance and automation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTop of FormBottom of Form
