Senior Project Manager For our Technical Dept and Site Supervision Dept, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager The project manager, operating within agreed reporting structures, is responsible for: - Apply quality management principles and processes - Following-up the owner's or organization's interests and requirements - Contract Management for building project - Supervision of construction site activities and Site visit reporting - Advanced in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Measurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Ability to work with control project applications (MSP, Primavera) - Proficient in computer civil applications (AutoCAD) - Planning and monitoring all running projects at the same time. - Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structure - Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans - Liaison with program management to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated - Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary - Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage - Assessments maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact - Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project - Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed - Hiring specialists and sub-contractors - Making sure that all HSE requirements are completely fulfilled - Using IT and information systems to keep track of people and progress - Providing necessary advice and reports to the top management - Plan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestones - Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project To perform the job he will have to work together with our clients and the internal team to make sure projects are duly and timely delivered.
