-Cooperation with marketing manager in planning for marketing and branding objectives
-Cooperating in Implementation of the approved plan
-Coordinating in marketing campaigns with sales activities
-Preparing brief for designing and advertising plan
-Strong Communication with the design, market research and advertising agencies
-Planning and communication with the logistics and R&D teams, in line with NPD objectives
-Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
-Data gathering and evaluation of the brand association (Consumer insight, Brand Personality, Brand Image, Brand awareness strategies)
-Monitor and report on product quality
-Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
-Analyze market trends, current status of the company, competitor’s analysis, price analysis, consumer behavior, definition of research projects for brand positioning objectives and recommend changes based on analysis and feedback
-Analysis and monitoring of product sales and related reports, communication with the sales unit to -provide a solution based on reports and market visit continuously
-Training the sales team
-Tracking contracts and financial payments for ongoing projects
Requirements
-Minimum BS/BA/Master’s degree in marketing or MBA
-Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of Marketing and Multi Brand Management in FMCG environment
-Strong understanding of marketing strategies and marketing concepts
-Strong analytical, financial, or pricing skills preferred
-Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
-Skill to plan and prioritize projects
-Skill to analyze information
-Team work skills/respect to hierarchy
-Cross-functional mindset
-Personally traits: willing to learn, hardworking, committed, responsible and accurate, high speed and very reactive, result oriented
-Skills in using office software and internal data bases of the company
-Good in English language
