Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

The senior graphic designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs and digital assets for our company's online presence, including our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of graphic design skills and a deep understanding of web user experience to produce high-quality designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally user-friendly.

Design and Development:

• Design visually compelling graphics for online platforms including websites, banners, email campaigns, and social media.
• Work with the web development team to integrate graphics and designs seamlessly into web pages.
• Ensure that designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.

Branding:

• Maintain and evolve company branding guidelines.
• Ensure that all graphics and web designs are consistent with brand guidelines and the company's overall aesthetic.

User Experience:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that web designs enhance user experience.
• Incorporate feedback from user testing to optimize designs for user engagement.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to create cohesive designs that reflect company goals.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine designs.

Stay Updated:

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and techniques to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge in web design tools and platforms.
