Job Description

Digital Product Growth Senior Manager (Video Services): ● To support GM to provide a business strategy execution plan with consideration of financial & operational limitations. ● To liaise with other DG teams, business partners, MKT, and etc., to fulfill digital KPIs and support team activities ● To collaborate with lawmakers, governing content, and cultural councils which govern digital offerings regarding any law/legislation about digital products, especially IRIB, Ministry of culture, and those others who regulate VODs and digital Media ● To lead the introduction of new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analysis; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing. ● To set up and manage new business models for services to be launched on various platforms, especially Lenz, and other VODs ● To stay aware of related regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to take appropriate action ● To ensure the definition, planning, and execution of digital initiatives in accord with company digital strategy, BDMs, and KPI framework. ● To develop and initiate and recognize business potentials and negotiate accordingly. ● To prioritize business initiatives in accordance with company MWBs, revenue perspectives, and business plan. ● To lead the design and development of various customer journeys based on industry trends and intelligence gathered from customer experience. ● To lead the development and management of a VOD ecosystem, in which MTNIrancell plays a key role in the introduction of win-win business models, powerful scalable infra, and injection of smart money. ● To provide a clear view of MTNIrancell's position in the digital landscape for top management and the alternatives to increase the market share and profitability. ● To ensure the introduction of competitive, cost-effective, and successful GTM plans. ● To ensure the implementation of a partner/stakeholder management framework across the teams. ● To ensure employment of business dashboards across teams to monitor customer/product data. ● To liaise with other DG teams to develop a consolidated plan for delivery of new digital platforms to enable rich media services, conduct negotiations with Finance, procurement, and business partners in a tender process. ● To liaise with the AR division to provide business risk assessments and implement controls to manage and mitigate the potential risks. ● To manage generation and validation of different reports including Adhoc for line manager and other requesters on digital business and team activities. ● To manage the business relationships between 3rd parties. ● To be able to initiate and act upon to increase the business value of platforms, products, and so on.

Requirements

● B.S. or M.S. in Commerce (Marketing or Communication) or related. ● MBA or Master's is advantageous. ● Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry. ● Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous. ● Fluent in English.
