• Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as, transportation,
corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package
• Capable to handle all formalities for, Import permissions, Customs, Shipment issues, Insurance,
Banking Affairs, etc.
• Maintain accurate and complete procurement documentation and record
• Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes.
• Prepare and submit daily reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility.
• Make arrangements and coordinate shipments with Sellers / Suppliers
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
• Collaborate with other departments like Finance & Sales to provide valid and accurate data
• Support the organization through activities focused on cost reduction
Requirements
- Academic degree in Business Management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
- Full dominance on Customs release affairs and rules and Incoterms
- Familiar with obtaining Permits from relevant Organizations
- Full knowledge about Bank affairs and LC Terms
- Full dominance of Import and Export formalities
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with experience in commercial correspondence and
communications
- Understanding the laws and regulations of Contracts and International Trade Laws
- Ability to work with a team
