Job Description
• Carries out technical studies and make recommendations for improvements which will increase productivity or equipment performance. • Undertakes front-end engineering design work. • Provides technical support to on site personnel. • Estimate production costs for management • Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes • Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes • Site visits to onshore and offshore facilities • Demonstrate, provide and develop appropriate technical solutions for specific project issues • Ensure the delivery of challenging project and client targets • Knowledge and decision making skills • Demonstrate appreciation of commercial and technical risks, managing these appropriately within own work and highlighting any significant issues to relevant Lead Engineers and Process Managers • Familiar with chemical testing and analysis • Do tests and monitor performance of processes throughout production
Requirements
• Chemical Engineering Degree • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Oil field, Petrochemical & Refinery Chemicals • A self-motivated, proactive individual with high achievement drive and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational awareness • Ability to impact and influence fellow workers • Demonstration of customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs whilst achieving project and corporate objectives • Oral and written Persian/English communication skills
