•Main Objective:
The position involves doing secretarial and some administrative works in the office
•Main Responsibilities:
-Handling telephone calls
-Typing
-Handling fax, e-mail
-Filing and managing the front office
-Position reporting to: Directors of all departments
Requirements
-At least 2 years of experience as a secretary
-Ability to use MS Word, Excel and Power Point efficiently
-Ability to type efficiently in Farsi
-Being able to work well under pressure
-Being organized and precise
-Working as a team member
