Job Description

• To follow up all the tasks assigned by the managers and report the results immediately; To answer phones calls and provide the callers with the information they need, take messages or transfer calls to the related section; • Arranging conferences, meetings and travel requirements for office personnel; Preparation of routine reports and correspondence; • Operate office equipments such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems. To use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, contact management and other applications; • Prepares reports by collecting information; • Perform all tasks related to incoming and outgoing calls; • Perform all task associated with secretarial affairs; • Review and evaluate all corporate requests and requirements; • Participate in the preparation of company regulations and guidelines; • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents; • Save clientele contact details; • Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations for management.

Requirements

• University Qualification: BA/ BSC • Age Range: 24-37 • Job Location: Tehran (in the office) • Gender: Female • Minimum 2 years of related experience • Ability to have English correspondences and speak English Fluently • Having the knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures • Having the complete knowledge of Internet and computer office applications including Word, PowerPoint and specially Excel • Having both Farsi and English typing skills • Having verbal and written communication skills • Having good phone manners and clarity of speech • Having strong planning and organization skills • Must have a fundamental understanding of the principles and concepts of secretarial work • Confident, creative, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible with excellent communication skills • Make optimum use of time, intelligent with high work ethics • Auditory attention • Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations • Excellent teamwork skills
