Objective: Promote the overall performance of the company's office Main Responsibilities: • Perform all secretarial functions. • Manage all the office affairs through the administrative automation systems. • Handle telephone calls, connect calls to relevant departments and effectively take messages. • Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars. • Send/ receive emails and refer them to relevant departments. • Handle letter writing. • File all incoming and outgoing documents through the administrative automation systems. Reporting to: Managing Director Other Interactions: With sales, planning, production and accounting departments. Number Required: One Duration: Permanent Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Probation: Three months Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday 7:00-15:30, Thursdays 7:00-11:00 Travel Requirements: - Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
Requirements
University Qualifications: Hold a bachelor's degree Previous Experience: At least 3 years of secretarial experience. Specialist Knowledge: Computer basics and hold an ICDL degree. Other Skills: Sociable, good tempered, smooth talking, vigorous, humorous, indefatigable and creative. Ideal Age Range: Minimum 23 Gender Preference: Female Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: English
