Full-time secretary reporting directly to the General management of the company having various responsibilities including:
- Managing the company's management's calls, appointments, daily plans.
- Preparing minutes of meetings in accordance to the company's standards.
- Preparing drafts for letters, contracts, and finalizing approved drafts including typing, formatting and sealing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge in English,
- Advance capabilities in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Being Disciplined.
- Capable of inter-personal communications.
