-Provide full secretarial & administrative support
-Manage office related affairs and communications
-Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters and reports
-Organize and coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars
-Type & dispatch required letters
-File and retrieve documents, records and reports
-Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation
Requirements
-At least 1 year of experience in a related field
-Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-Creative, flexible and energetic at work
-Team work abilities and skills
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
