Job Description

- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary - Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments - Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms - Managing correspondence office and maintaining accurate administration records

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent - At least 3 years of related experience - High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability - Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Office
