-Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
-Create and update of the archives
-Copying, printing and scanning necessary documents
-Typing letters and documents in Farsi & English
-Arranging and booking air ticket & taxi as required
-Fully cooperating with staff in other departments and with external contacts
-Ordering and maintaining stationary and equipment
Requirements
-At least B.A degree
-Excellent English knowledge
-Excellent skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, ..) Internet
-Ability to coordinate multiple activities
-Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
-Good memory and presence of mind
-High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
-High level of self discipline and attention to details
-Ideal age: 22 - 30
-Gender Preference: Female
