
Job Description
- Prepare required documents as a fast typist - Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff - Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders - Maintains office systems, including data management and data filing - Preparing letters, presentations and reports - Be able to do translation - Update database and do data entry
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills and Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent fast typing skill - Advanced verbal and written communication skills - Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy - Have strong working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software - Familiar with manual archives - Familiar with English (both Written and Spoken) - Proven admin or assistant experience - 2 years of experience - Trustworthy and able to work in highly confidential environments - Gender Preference: female (preferred single) - Ideal Age Range: 25 – 38 - Current Residence: Tehran
