-Typing documents in Persian & English
-File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports
-Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals
-Archiving the documents, familiar with Automation Systems
-Cooperating with other departments in the holding company
Requirements
-University degree: Bachelor’s Degree
-At least 2 years of experience of office work related to her role in the company
-Fast typing skill in Persian & English
-Trustworthy and able to work in highly confidential environments
-Preferred to have experienced ICDL1
-Preferred to live in the West of Tehran
