
Job Description
- Translation of documents from English to Persian and vice versa. - Official correspondence to different organization in English language. - Preparing the draft letters and finalize for signature and submission. - Performs secretarial services such as answering phone calls and make the calls if required and creating and maintaining filing systems. - Type letters, copy needed documents, and archive all written correspondence, record time/subject of incoming/outgoing calls. - Archive all necessary documents including incoming and outgoing official letters/company documents/proceeding of meetings etc. - Scheduling the meetings with clients and suppliers and vendors. Keeping diaries and arranging appointments. - Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents. - Sorting and distributing incoming documents and organizing and sending outgoing documents. - Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information. - Photocopying and printing various documents such as contract documents etc.
Requirements
- Gender preference: Only men (Female are not accepted) - Bachelor degree (English language/literature related majors are more preferred) from governmental universities. - Excellent English language skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking). - Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office. - Effective and strong communication and excellent public relations skills. - Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. - To be initiative and proactive and be accountable for the assigned responsibilities.
