Job Description

- Handle all communication - Answer phone calls - Basic letter writing - Monitor and schedule appointments and meetings - Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings - Maintain schedules and calendars - Organize internal and external events - Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally. - Greeting visitors and callers - Making external errands Reporting to: CEO, Chairman Desired start date: 22nd of May 2015 Probation: 80 days Working hours: 9 A.M - 5 P.M Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable

Qualifications: - Great communication skills - Patient and energetic - 2-3 years of experience working as a secretary - Typing skills - Basic computer skills - Basic letter writing skills - Good references - Fluent in English - Cooperative - Good organizing skills
