Job Description

1. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports & documents including faxes and emails. 2. Answering incoming phone calls of the company and manager. 3. Organize schedules and calendars. 4. Coordinates appointments and meetings. 5. Handle all incoming/ outgoing correspondence, faxes and other documents. 6. Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues. 7. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements. 8. Arranging travel reservations and accommodations. 9. Receiving, registration, archiving and typing of the letters. 10. Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately. 11. Preparing and maintaining inventory of office forms, employee records and administrative services procedures manuals

Requirements

1. University Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering majors or Foreign Languages. 2. Previous Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary or coordinator. 3. Having both Farsi and English typing skills. 4. Excellent computer skills (Office and Internet). 5. English fluency, both written and spoken. 6. Effective communication and excellent public relations. 7. Having strong planning and organization skills. 8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. 9. Gender Preference: Female. 10. Nationality Preference: Iranian. 11. Current Residence: Tehran. 12. Ideal Age Range: 25-30.
