Job Description

1- Co-ordinates and organize internal & external meetings with the CEO 2- Coordinate day-to-day activity, organize diary, meetings arrangement, takes notes, dictation verbally and written and prepare responses of letter for clients. 3- Contribute pro-actively to the departments’ project-work in defined areas 4- Knowledge of import and export process 5- Negotiate about commercial issues based on agreement INCOTERMS 6- Manage Project based on Gantt chart for running Solution provided 7- Project progress report for weekly and monthly meetings. 8- Organizing some chart and list for exhibition and arranging whatever the exhibition needs. 9- Manage travel arrangements, Hotels reservations bookings internationally/ Locally, and Seminar bookings for CEO

Requirements

- Previous experience: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturer company or industrial company - Specialist knowledge: commercial management, industrial management, - Other Skills: driving, leadership ability, talking and writing English - Ideal Age Range: 30-40 - Gender Preference: any - Language Skills: English - Current Residence: Only South East of Tehran. Varamin, Pakdasht - Working Time: from 5 days a week from 7:30Amm to 18:30 PM - Place of working: Abbas Abad Industrial Town city
