Job Description
• Internal and external written communication
• Dealing and maintain with all internal and external communication letters, emails and Faxes
• Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Checking all the emails of the company
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Typing, and dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
