Job Description
• Internal and external written communication • Dealing and maintain with all internal and external communication letters, emails and Faxes • Distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems • Develop and maintain a filing system • Checking all the emails of the company • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems • Typing, and dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Chargoon automation software • Proven work experience as a secretary • Good both in English and Farsi • Good knowledge of computer • Good communication capabilities • Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 • Current Residence: Tehran
