•Main Objective: As SAP Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform all production activities related to ERP system SAP which would mainly include following
•Main Responsibilities:
-Print Process Order Shop floor Paper, and prepare batch production / documentation
-Preparation of all identification labels for batch
-Record materials consumption
-Perform documentation of the cold chain management
-Finalize activities in SAP at the end of the batch production
-Realize SAP inventory and stock adjustment for production
-Registering consumption of materials in SAP, batch report reconciliation, SAP material reconciliation
-Preparation of all labels for batch (TPU tray labels/ Shipper boxes labels and pallet labels)
-Consumables follow-up
-SAP sorting activities
-BPR & logbook review
-Operates assembly line during production – feeding of primary materials components and glass cartridges
-Takes in line process samples and proceeds with their analysis
-Performs line clearance
-Fills in batch report
-Operation of assembly line cells1-4 & handling unit
-Performs batch change over including line clearance verification
-Takes in line process samples and proceeds with their analysis
-Delimitation
-Ensures Basic GMP/Compliance
-Material handling in area
-Chips and cracks inspection
-Log book registration
Requirements
-Relevant education
-At least 3 years of industrial experience in operating production equipment in a GMP environment (pharma, food or cosmetics) and filling out batch records
-Need an open mindset who can work independently and as a team player with a strong focus on results
-Good communication skills with the ability to establish good relationship with local and global team
-Ideal Age Range: 23 - 40
-Fluent in English, both written and oral
