Job Description

Responsibilities

System and User Support
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to the Maris software.
- Track user tickets and requests and coordinate with the service provider to resolve technical issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system master data settings.
- Provide ongoing training to new users on relevant system modules.
- Follow up on user issues and requests through to resolution.

Sales Operations Monitoring, Data Control, and Reporting
- Monitor the daily activities of medical representatives and sales representatives, including routes, working hours, and customer coverage.
- Collect and validate sales data and information related to nationwide distribution operations.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve statistical and data discrepancies.
- Prepare, consolidate, and regularly update input data for dashboards and management reports.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales team performance and target achievement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments on data validation and analysis.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales systems support, data analysis, or sales operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
- Familiarity with medical representative activities, sales processes, and distribution systems.
- Familiarity with Maris software or other ERP systems and integrated sales platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data validation and discrepancy analysis.
- Strong follow-up skills and a high sense of responsibility, ensuring issues are resolved.
- Ability to analyze and validate data and prepare management reports.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and different departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
