- Responsible to coach & develop field force of Medical Representatives;
- Consolidates the activity reports submitted by Medical Representatives in her/his own region and provides appropriate feedback on reports;
- Monitors and reports effectiveness of marketing communications;
- Provides regular follow-up and feedback when required;
- Updates product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation;
- Manages the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district;
- Responsible to keep the sales team informed about the market environment
(Competitors, market analysis...);
- Plans and implements activities and participates in local meetings and congresses wherever beneficial;
- Works according to company ethics procedures;
Requirements
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences or similar;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, at least at Senior Medical Representative Level;
- Strong experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives;
- Profound market and business understanding, planning & organizing;
- Solid problem solving and time management skills;
- Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges;
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic & energetic, hard worker, coaching skills;
- Team working skills;
- Customer-focused & self-developing, initiative, well-organized;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential;
- Excellent command of written and spoken Farsi;
- Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office);
