• Immediate responsible for reaching the company sales target on the respective territory in defined area
• Routine field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs
• Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the Company
• Design and develop weekly and monthly plan for his team in line with company targets
• Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances
• Participating in planning procedure of reaching annual sales goals
• Supervising on execution of sales goals of the company
• Attending and solution providing in internal sales development meetings
• Attending in direct meetings with customers
• Supervising and conducting sales team of the company
• Preparing periodic analysis reports for directing manager from different sales departments
• Analyzing the periodic reports to find out about any deviation and deflection from the sales plan
• Analyzing the reasons of any deviation or deflection from the plan and establishing related catch-up plan
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and distribution field (At least 1 year in supervisor position)
• Significant experience of managing sales force and presence in retail/FMCG environment
• Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Capable of delivering quick solutions to the daily troubles and overcome obstacles
