• Designing and developing the planning of the sales team in accordance with the approved goals
• Daily field visits to retailers with visitors to monitor the performance of visitors
• Monitoring sales principles such as coverage, volume, number of invoices, and return from distribution based on company principles and reporting to management
• Analyzing vendors statically and giving vendor performance feedback in daily meetings
• Controlling and collecting the amount of vendors’ debts in the market by customer category
• Obtaining information about market competitors status and report to management
Requirements
• University qualifications: Minimum diploma degree
• Previous experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervisor position
• Familiar with sales and capillary distribution fundamentals, budgeting and FMCG principal
• Expert in negotiation and communication skills
• Fully implement operational plan of supervised vendors daily and monthly
• Full knowledge of the areas under surveillance and routing power
• Capacity assessment of sales potential and customer purchase potential
• Team leading and motivating abilities
• Team player with high organizational skills
• Acceptable computer skills and skilled in MS Office (Especially Excel)
