- Immediate responsible for reaching the company sales target on the respective territory in Tehran province
- Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs
- Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the Company
- Design and develop weekly and monthly plan for his team in line with company targets
- Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and distribution field (At least 1 year in supervisor position)
- Significant experience of managing sales force and presence in retail/FMCG environment
- Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Capable of delivering quick solutions to the daily troubles and overcome obstacles
