-Arranging Sales and Marketing activities with the aim of establishing new markets and enhancing existing one
-Preparing Sales Plan and Budget on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis
-Visiting potential customers and presenting company capabilities to them and negotiating for receiving tender documents, preparing competitive techno-commercial proposals, PO Placement and expediting orders
-Building networking and proper relationships with customer via understanding their Organization Chart, Decision Making Process, Procurement Channels Preferences Financing Situations
-Updating and Upgrading Customers and Resources Data Base
-Providing Solutions for better sales and offering new options to customers by evaluating resources capabilities, competitors proposals and strategies, customers’ requirements and projects bottle-neck
-Finding new customers and convincing them of company competencies and adequacy of our resources technically and commercially
-Market research and study for understanding client’s requirements especially for niche market products and engineering requirements
-Preparing reports for top management on current situation and forecasting future actions, according to the intervals agreed
-Setting up a pricing policy with regards to the other competitor prices in the market
-Leading negotiations with new sources to grant their agencies to the company and act as their regional agent
-Preparing draft of agency agreements or contracts, with list of potential and target projects and negotiating with foreign suppliers to finalize agreements
-Registering sources name in clients (Mother companies and EPC contractors) approved and short vendor list and arranging pre-qualification procedures and finalizing evaluation results
-Participating in related exhibitions for finding new customers, resources and networking with them
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing areas preferably in Oil/Gas, Petrochemical and Power Industries
-Team working skills and self-motivated
-Negotiation Skills -Fluent in English and Commercial Correspondences -Familiar with sales and representation agreements and contractual conditions and legal aspects (to some extent)
-Extensive knowledge on Office Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook -Familiar with Oil/Gas production process, petrochemical plants, Power Pant types and utility requirements
-Familiar with technical aspects of items like: On/Off and Control Valves, Pumps, Piping Material, Process Packages
-Familiar with LC, incomes and logistics issues (to some extend)
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
