• To lead & develop a high performing sales representative team.
• Set the individual weekly and monthly forecast for each Sales Representative and each territory and Monitor progress against sales value and volume targets
• Design daily and weekly route plans for Sales Representatives in his/her respective territory and
• Ensure route efficiency (number of planned calls and call frequency) by taking necessary actions to improve the routes.
• Ensure effective execution of company’s plans at trade.
• Increase coverage & penetration of company products in his/her area to ensure product availability.
• Ensure that payment terms are respected.
• Monitor and ensure product hygiene& freshness in the market.
• To ensure timely & accurate Reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
Requirements
• BA, BSc Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales.
