Duties and Responsibilities
• lead the team to achieve sales targets
• Developing process, procedures to ease the sales process
• Following sales and service activation issues with other departments
• Resource planning, recruitment, training of sales team
• Ensure sales team members are performing at the highest level of motivation
• Fix sales problems and engaging and satisfying customers
• Manage sales lead conversation rate to active customers
• Manage shift rosters and staff queries
Requirements
• Familiar with the Telecom industry
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• At least 3 years of experience managing people in the call center
• Fluent in MS Office
• Fluent in telephone sales techniques and sales planning
• Good teamwork and communication skill
