• Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
• Prepare plans to ensure compliance to all sales targets.
• Administer all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
• Assist and provide training to all external customers for efficient usage of all product applications.
• Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
• Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities and submit same to manager.
• Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
• Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
• Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
Requirements
• Preferably B.S. / M.S. in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Management, Marketing, Sales, Business or other related areas
• 5 years of experience in related areas
• Decent experience in Sale, Marketing, Negotiation and CRM
• Ability to work in a team.

• Familiar with the Market and distribution channel
