Sales Supervisor – Industrial Electrical Equipment
About Us
Amordad Bazargan Zagros is a growing supplier of industrial electrical equipment, specializing in Schneider Electric, ABB, and Siemens products. Our customers include industrial companies, panel builders, EPC contractors, and organizations involved in industrial projects.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities, improve sales processes, develop the market, and contribute to building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the industrial electrical market.
2-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
3-Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing.
Plan, lead, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
4-Collaborate closely with the technical and procurement teams to deliver the best solutions to customers.
5-Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and recommend improvement strategies.
6-Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team members.
7-Participate in designing and improving sales processes and CRM practices.
Qualifications:
1-Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial electrical equipment or related industries.
2-At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
3-Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
4-Excellent planning, analytical, and follow-up abilities.
5-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
6-Familiarity with the industrial electrical market and brands such as Schneider Electric, ABB, or Siemens is a strong advantage.
