- Increasing AC M/S to become a main player in Iran AC market.
- Customer service and product development to ensure all activities accurately reflects to the market.
- Increasing brand image, Product image and brand awareness.
- Making a right price positioning for all AC models
- Direct and coordinate activities involving AC sales, services or other subjects of sale.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Develop a deep understanding of product, user needs and market behaviours through internal researches to apply product feature development and marketing efforts, in the line with customer needs and company policies.
- Develop an annual sales plan in conjunction with the marketing department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
- Regular updating of marketing plans, and formulate, direct and coordinate the activities and policies to promote our product brand image and increase the sales.
- Weekly PSI analysis and sales forecast in order to support our Dealer for more effective purchasing, sales and inventory control.
- Developing training programs for Dealer, channel and key accounts on selling products & solutions.
- B2B network improvement to enhance the SAC sales.
- Provide technical support and services to clients regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of SAC equipment.
- Weekly Market visit and reporting to HOD.
- Sell-in, Sell out, Sell thru analysis and development
Sales negotiations with Dealer team and taking monthly orders including getting the PI and having it confirmed and signed

- University degree in Mechanical engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the air conditioner and home appliance business.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
