Job Description
We are looking for a full time sales secretary who is responsible for carrying out all the clerical duties within the sales department of the company inclusive of: - Document handling, file making and handling other kinds of paperwork of the office space. - Answering telephones, handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, fax, e-mails, etc. - Type & dispatch office letters, arranging appointments, events, diary coordination, travel arrangements and etc. - Handling all commercial and confidential correspondence. - Managing office related affairs and communications, routine tasks and schedules. - Archive, maintain, and recording documents and official correspondences in a professional manner. - Daily tasks of sales manager. - Prioritizing workloads. - Logging or processing bills or expenses. - Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. - Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation. - Attending before sales manager in the office and leaving after him.
Requirements
- University Qualification: Bachelor degree - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Organizational abilities - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel) - Well organized and having good time management skills - Multitasking skills by time management - Perfect attention to details - Team work minded - Disciplined and punctual - Honesty and discretion - Excellent typing skills in both Farsi and English - A good listener and active in work environment - Positive attitude toward colleagues with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hard worker and professionalism - Remain calm under pressure - Intelligence, responsible, reliable - Good memory and presence of mind - Gender Preference: Female - Ideal Age Range: Minimum 24-32
