Main responsibilities : -perform all task associated with secretarial affairs -organize & coordinate sales meeting & appointments -save client contact details -follow up all the tasks assigned by the sales management and report the results immediately -telephone marketing Reporting to : sales management Working hours : Sat to Wed 8:30 - 17 & Thu 8:30-12:30 Commission / Bonus : yes

Previous experience : 2 years in related field Specialist knowledge : excellent knowledge of office Other Skills : -excellent communication -multi tasking skills -effective time management -ability to prioritize workload -cooperate effectively good team work Ideal Age Range : 20-35 Gender Preference : female Nationality Preference: Iran Language Skills : English Current Residence : Tehran
