
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct field marketing and customer acquisition across Iraq and build direct relationships with travel agencies
Build and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver services with strong sales skills
Deliver professional presentations in Arabic based on company strategies
Communicate with customers by phone when needed
Collaborate with internal teams in Persian (Farsi) for coordination and reporting
Provide professional presentations to travel agencies, including initial training on how to use the company’s system and services
Plan and identify target travel agencies in the Iraqi market and conduct prioritized, targeted visits
Requirements:
Familiarity with the tourism and travel industry
Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales skills
Full fluency in Arabic and Persian (Farsi)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office software
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
Travel and accommodation expenses during business trips will be covered by the company.
