Job Description

The Objective of the role: 1- Support Sales and Marketing on post-sales activities issues such as change, cancellation, refund, check in issues, on spots issue. 2- Increase the speed and quality of the sales 3- Retain the customers 4- keep the client update with new business features. List of responsibilities: 1- Support the customer online reservation, 2- Deal with client offline requests such; group booking, change, cancellation, and refund 3- Visit the customer to understand the issues and requirement. Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director. Subordinates: 2 years of an online reservation system. Length of Probation Period: 1 month. Working hours: 8:45 to 17. Travel requirements: Not required. Gross Monthly Base Salary: 2.8 million tomans,. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: from sales volume, it is up to 3 million Tomans on monthly basis.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BS, BA on Management in Tourism, Sales & Marketing, IT, Translation of English... Other certifications obtained: MS products certificate such as Word, Excel is required. Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years of having an online reservation system experience. Specialist knowledge: Familiar with booking.com, Hotels.com, Partocrs.com or any other online reservation system. Soft Skills and Personality traits: working on the pressure of the high season, the power to deal with ad hoc issues, working as a team member.
