Job Description

● Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company's overall strategy. ● Expanding the scope of sales activities within the market. ● Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs, and company's actions in order to market and product development. ● Supervising the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives. ● Monitoring and reporting on the company's affiliate campaigns and promotions. ● Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales targets. ● Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales. ● Communicating with business partners to match goals, strategies, and uniformity of views on promotional items. ● Continuous monitoring of the market and competitors in order to make the right sales decisions. ● Determining the sales targets for the sales forces in accordance with the final objectives and policies. ● Establishing and maintaining professional communication with major customers, KOLs, heads of scientific associations, and important medical centers.

Requirements

● At least 4 years of related experience in laboratory companies. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● Experience in strategic, sales planning, and forecasting. ● Ability to lead people. ● Fluent in English skills (writing, speaking, and listening). ● Strong relationship with KOL in laboratory field.
