Job Description
● Responsible for achieving his/ her sales targets.
● Visit the different customers to find out potentials in the market.
● Follow up the sales process according to the sales policy and objectives of the company.
● Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. ● Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
● Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
● Monitor distribution partners’ activities, train them in order to increase distribution sales.
● Identify opportunities and manage contracts with distribution partners.
● Determine price schedules and discount rates.
● Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
● Ensure integration of all activities with other departments (Marketing, and Finance,).
● Analyze customer needs and current delivery systems and programs.
● Develop the market size.
● Maintain a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
● Provide sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
● Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily sales analyses.
● Prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
● Update the status of sales orders in the database or computer.
● Maintain an efficient work environment.
● Reporting to: Managing Director.
● Subordinates: Sales staff and Account Managers.
