Job Description

● Expand the scope of sales activities within the market. ● Monitor and analyze markets, customer needs, and company actions in order to market and develop the product. ● Supervise the activities of the sales team in order to achieve the annual sales goals. ● Monitor and report on campaigns and affiliate advertising. ● Lead the sales team in order to achieve the set sales goals. ● Develop strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to increase sales. ● Communicate with business partners to match goals, strategies, and uniform views on advertising. ● Continuous monitoring of the market and competitors in order to make the right sales decisions. ● Set sales targets for sales forces in accordance with the final goals and policies. ● Establish and maintain professional relationships with major customers. ● Determine the areas to be covered by observers. ● Monitor the performance of the sales team.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● Having 8 years of work experience. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. ● Ability to work in a team. ● Leader ability. ● Effective negotiation skills.
