Main objectives:
● A Sales Manager in this International Transportation, Shipping and Freight Forwarder company is required.
Main responsibilities:
● Consult with the managing director to provide business plans and Implement performance plans.
● Build and maintain strong relationships based on excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues, and overseas agents.
● Conduct business meetings with potential company customers and accompany sales executives in their meetings.
● Manage sales executives; observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback. Train sales team to reach goals and handle their projects in hand.
● Provide weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
● Analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and provide effective coaching to their team.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of management experience and prior successful direct sales experience in the shipping and forwarding field.
● Good knowledge about shipping and forwarding and Air, Sea, and overland procedure.
● Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
● Self-confident with the ability to work under pressure.
● Good computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills.
● Current residence: Tehran.
● Fluent in English.
